It doesnt seem to work! Shuts down and most of the time doesnt work properly. I cant even use it. None that i can find. Its too bad...So disappointed!

This is one excellent little tool that helped me rip my old content and bring it to the digital era.it works fast and well.

It's not exactly full-featured but it does the job. It does what it says it does and there's no junkware along with it.
Ripped OFF!
This program doesn't work & is a total rip off. Please save yourself aggravation & do not waste your money. I wish I'd listened to the majority of reviewers instead of thinking it could work for me. I agree with the person who said "TRASH - Apple should take this app down because it is a fraud."
worked great for two DVDs and now NOTHING
i paid $9.99 for this app and it was very easy and impressive except it is really slow to rip the original video to a temporary file ! that I could live with, today I launched the app to do one more copy of the same one I did the other day and got side A done great and then the app just stopped working. I called Apple support and the gal said it was a third party problem since the iMac and superdrive were launching properly I have to take it up with the third part now probably from China ! not expecting anything from them as they have my money !

Does not convert DVD’s. Message pops up that it is encrypted. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i actually did not have any issue with this product. i am running OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan on a Macbook Pro. the copying takes a long time, but i dont care about that, because i just need my DVD’s backed up so that i can take them whereever i go. i didnt even read any instructions. i just dragged and dropped.
